The íchos Collective is a women-led group of musicians creating visionary genre-blending concert experiences to bring diverse communities together. We address stereotypes and inequity in the music industry and work to remove obstacles to access in the performings arts.

Members:

We are all active self-employed orchestral musicians who also produce and lead ensembles and projects in the Toronto area and beyond that hire within and develop the classical music art form. We are also mothers and innovators, looking to support each other where support is often lacking in the industry. We share administrative roles and rotate lead and support roles as projects, grants, and time require.
